What this website does

This website describes our travel consultancy service and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not a booking system. Submitting the trip planning form starts a conversation — it does not reserve anything, does not create a contract, and does not take payment. Nothing is confirmed until we have agreed it with you in writing separately.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep destination information, prices and availability accurate, but they change frequently and are provided for general guidance only. Prices shown are indicative and are not an offer.

Travel advice pages

Our travel advice pages reproduce information published by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office via the GOV.UK content service. We present it as a convenience and do not alter its meaning, but it may be out of date by the time you read it. Always check the official GOV.UK foreign travel advice before you travel and before you book. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the summary shown here.

Bookings and financial protection

Where we arrange travel for you, the booking terms, cancellation rights and financial protection that apply will be set out in writing before you commit to anything, including the identity of the principal or organiser for your booking and details of any applicable protection scheme. Please read those documents carefully — they, not this page, govern your booking.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information when you enquire, and do not use this website to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk content. You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance for any trip.

Intellectual property

The content, design and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use; please ask before reproducing anything elsewhere.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
